New Apartments in Galway

    Currently in dublin and moving down to galway in the next couple of months.

    Just wondering if anyone knows of any new apartment developments being built at the moment or coming on the market soon in Galway (Within close walking distance to the city centre (5 mins or so)) preferable on the eyre sq side of the corrib. There seems to be a lot of building going on in Doughiska but is really too far out of town for what im looking for. any suggestions would be appreciated.

    really looking for newly build 2 bed apartments to avoid stamp duty.

    daft.ie, myhome.ie and individual auctioneers websites havent been of much help so far

    Galway Real Estate have a couple of new apartments for sale on Shantalla Road; a 5 or 10 minute walk from the city centre.

    Otherwise you could try Heaslips.
