DIGITECH GNX 4 and stuff

    Cupla questions...

DIGITECH GNX 4, anybody have it or used it? Any bad experiences or alternative pedal boards that I should look at before parting with my cash? (Thomann have it for 489 Euro incl shipping, that a good price?!)

Why is it better than GNX3 apart from the extra software that comes with it (Has stuff for the MAC is very useful...)?

I need to be able to play along with a CD/Music Centre, the GNX has a jam-along thingy that allows for recording/playback of CD's etc. up to 9 seconds but does anybody know of a better pedal board that would allow me to input a CD player, have the board process the input cleanly but also allow me to plug in the six string and jam with it using the effects???? Or1, could I simply use a double adaptor that allows me to input the CD Player and Board into the amp?? (The reason I need this is so that I can use my earphones and not annoy the neighbours!), any suggestions??

    Any thoughts much appreciated.

    Cheers.

A digitech GNX-3000 would have the same input connections for less money. The sounds are also much more responsive and realistic. Buying from this company would be handier as they supply the proper uk plug.

Or you could opt for a microcube, with a CD input on the back. Works out a lot cheaper.

    Cheers g-man!

I went for the GNX-3000 in the end... much better than GNX 3 or 4!
