    The Basement Resource Centre is a member-driven centre and offers a variety of supports for people with experience of mental health issues, including:

    Guest Speakers
    Discussion and decision making forums
    Peer-support groups
    Creative Writing
    Art & Craft
    Finding You Way
    Coffee dock with daily newspapers
    Computers/Internet
    Jobs Corner
    Social Activities
    Open-day every Friday for friends and relatives
    Relaxation and stress management
    Access to Advocacy and Counseling services

    The centre's daily operations are based on a combination of partnership, community development, empowerment and recovery models.

    Open Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4.30pm.
