    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0263101/

I finally got around to seeing this little gem today. I bought it when I saw that it was directed by the Pang brothers (directors of The Eye) but it went into my stack and didn't see the light of day for a while.
Anyway, I was really impressed. Definately gonna keep an eye (pardon the pun) on the Pang brothers from now on.

It's about a deaf mute assassin - despite his disability he is quite clinical, with flashbacks providing us with insight into how he got to where he is. All is normal until he falls in love with a girl he meets in a pharmacy.

Saying anymore would be giving things away, but I really do heartily recommend it. Not just a flash, action thriller by any means - but a pretty powerful drama as well.

Good film alright, saw it on television before buying it on DVD. Can't remember what channel more than likely Channel 4. It has been a while since I watched it but good story, well worth the watch.
