Double glazing question

I have a couple of double glazed windows in a conservatory which are "cloudy", i.e. traces of condensation between the panes. I'm assuming a seal of some sort has failed. Is this something that can be fixed and, if so, any suggestions as to who could do the work.

    Thanks.

I had a similar problem last year. When I checked I was told that the seal was broken and when I checked further I found that you could not really get these units fixed and just got a new unit instead.

Price around though. I found a huge difference in prices from different people / companies.
