Whats the general structure of a cash game, how much in, what are the blinds and general rules of a cash game?? I never played one before but often play tournaments which can get tiring after a while...

you all get dealt cards and bet on them, everything else kind of depends on the specific game.

Generally between 20 and 100 Big Blinds is the buy-in.

In theory theres no real difference between a cash game and a tourney except the blinds don't increase, you don't knock players out, and you can cash-in at any time.
The rules of the game are almost identical.

However, there are subtle differences in how you should play them.

You don't have to play until one person has all the chips in a cash game, people can leave as they like. If you leave you cannot come back unless you bring the same amount of money back to the table.
