    I've been playing this old game based on the tv series, but I cant get out of the 2nd room. you have a torch, 2 rocks and a locked door.

    I never got past there first time around either, only found the solution last year on some message board.
    My memory's a bit hazy, but you GIVE the old man in the first room some food(1-3 pieces, I think) and possibly some water(again not sure, but you start with one in your inventory ), and then ASK him. He should produce a shovel, which you take to the second room and DIG GROUND.

    Yeah! Here's the thing that I did in my utter stupidity. I didnt realise the other door was actually open :) so I always dug under that door and just ended up in the next room stuck! I found that after getting through that, it actually wasn't worth playing anymore.

    If you are a fan of the show I found this nice little game made by a fan that is much like the tv show. Be warned, it is very cheesey but fun for a while!

    I remember playing Knightmare as a demo released on tape with Zzap or something... It was kind of a poor mans Cavalier for the Amiga. I'm actually going to try the game you've linked to good be fun. (it's only 86mb)
