my neteller a/c has been closed

    just tried to log into neteller and get an error message telling me my A/c hasd been closed . The phone number they supply does not work and as usual none of the other numbers I have for them are working. (anyone have a support number that works?????) My account has only been active about two weeks. This is really pissing me off. Took me ages to set the thing up and now they close it for no apparent reason? Anyone know what this could be about?

    I found out about this when I withdrew 215$ from Paddypower to my neteller A/c to lodge into pokerstars. Stars then said my a/c number was invalid. when i tried to log directly in to my neteller a/c i get the error message saying my A/c is closed. I have no idea where my 215$ is and canot get into contact with neteller

    Does 00 800-7767-6343 work? If not you could try emailing cindy[at]neteller.com
    When I had problems setting up my ac I eventually got sent to her and she had it up and running quickly.

    If you have logged into your ac from a different IP it usually gets frozen till you ring them.

    There's a Canadian number that I can get through on (using skype). It's the other countries number on the phone number page.

    that no will not work for me. I get a mesage saying calls to that number can only be accepted from specific regions. Just logged in to my a/c in an internet cafe i have not been in before so maybe its the IP adress problem

    I logged in from work instead of home before and my account was closed. A quick phonecall sorted it right out as soon as I told them what happend. Apparently my work IP was routed through France or somewhere so it appeared to them that my account was being accessed from another country.

    Have you tried the live help chat thingy?

    Yes. It says click the live chat button below. No such button appears on my screen. ( also they have NEVER replied to any of my email enquiries that i made during my long torturous application process without me having to harass them by phone)

    BTW according to vodafone there is no such thing as a 00 800 number.

    I moved my roll from Neteller to VC a week ago. I'd be kicking myself for a long time if I I didn't move the money and Neteller went belly up after all these bad signs.

    Mine was closed too when I made a withdrawal.

    No reply to several emails and no luck with phoning.
    No one answering on live chat either - they've really gone downhill.
