Very sad news!

I have just had an email from Noah Grey (Greysoul here) to tell me that his partner Barry (Franknfurter here) died after having a seizure in his sleep a few nights ago. Noah is going back to the US in a few weeks.

I just want to say how sad and devastated I am to hear the news. I want Noah to know that he is in my thoughts and I'm sure in everyones here. This is just too tragic for words.

It's probably a permanent move but I'm hoping to come back to visit whenever possible over the years, and I want to see a few more places before I go as well, take some photos and bring as much back with me as I can, for both of us. I may not have been born here, but Dublin will always be home to me and I'll put my love of Ireland against anyone on the planet.

It's meant all the world to me to meet some of you and be a tiny part of this group, first one i ever felt like i might belong in.

Noah you might be moving physically but virtually you aren't going anywhere. No reason we can't see your photos from the states or read your posts on your blog. There is a good community here and as you can see you are certainly part of it mate, as was Barry.

This is terrible news. I met Barry very briefly last year when I gave him an old pc I was getting rid of. We chatted for a few minutes and he seemed like a very nice chap. As a result of meeting him, I discovered his blog and your photograpy Noah.
