BlahDVD/Import Duty

    I want to buy a dvd from BlahDVD for €36.49. Will I be charged Import Duty?

    I hear conflicting stories about the 'threshold' some say its €40 and some say €20. Could anyone clear this up thanks. :)

    It wouldn't be The Simpsons Season 9 DVD box set would it? :D
    36 yo-yos and I ordered it a week ago. It arrived on Friday. No duty or vat or anything.
    I've never had an issue buying from BlahDVD.
