I posted up a thread on Work & Jobs but maybe I should have posted it here.

When does selling on ebay become a business? Is it when you take in a certain amount of income in any given year? Or is it when you buy products with the sole intention of selling them for profit?

I'm just wondering when it stops being a hobby.

Also, is there any decent excel program about that will keep track of your income/expenditure in a neat sort of way?

    Regards,

    A.
