    Hey

My page basically has a top and bottom nav bar. And in between is an iframe... But what i want to do is for the nav bar links to open up in the iframe... _blank, _self, _top, are all out... So how can i do this...?

Please say it can be done.. if not i'm doomed!

give your iframe a name eg: name="main_content"

    Set the target to this.

Just make sure that there's code within the pages due for loading in the iframe to load the full site nav....otherwise Google will find your pages and visitors will have no navigation!
