Could someone advise me with my corporation tax return timetable?
The company’s registration date (with CRO) is 13 of January.
Tax year (in accord with Revenue): from 14.01.2006 till 13.01.2007.
I have to pay preliminary tax before 13.12.2006
And I have to submit of the CT return not late than 13.10.2007. Am I right?
What should I do if my accounting periods for tax purpose and for annual accounts have become differ (I have already begun to calculate balance sheets and make up annual return with CRO for the period as calendar year (01.01.2006-31.12.2006)? How should I put them to conformity if it’s need?
