    complete technophobe so excuse me if i ask stupid questions!!!

    Is there any way to convert a .rar music file to an .mpe file???

    any link and/or step by step explanation would be hugely helpful:) ...

    .rar is an archive with files usually contained within....have you tried extracting them with winRAR?

    Download this and install it, then right click on the rar file and press extract here.
