Is there a difference between DVI-I and DVI-D?

I'm waiting on this monitor http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=331153
    to arrive back in stock.

I was looking at the connections to my PC and my 6800gs (sli) has DVI-I as its output, along with the standard VGA - 15 pin D-Sub.
On the Samsung website it specifies DVI-D as the connection
I was just wondering would I be able to hook up the monitor using DVI?

take a look at this ,

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DVI

Basically DVI-I can take a digital ( DVI ) signal and an analog signal , and DVI-D is digital only , the only way you would have an issue is if your card was analog only and its not so you will have no problem.
