Front or rear, ATE or bendix ?

If they are the front ones I can get the repair kits still !

Its not a big deal to overhaul them !

    What problem areyou having !!

Hi, yes I am in Dublin, North Side !

I'll check out the parts price and availability and get back to you. I'll send you a PM ok !

I would need the chassis number and if you can see a name written on the brake fkuid resevoir that would confirm the brand of the brakes used. I expect they will be ATE !

Can you let me know !

Hi, I have a 1971 208SE 3.5 V8 - I think I saw it on the photo thread -about 1 or 2 pages in from the start - gold one.

I put in a new brake master cylinder today but as I suspected the callipers need to be done as well. They're ATE. Did you have any success with this thread/query?

Yes I supplied all the correct parts, though the calipers were quite bad. The entire car was sold before they went back on it !

    Thanks,

the local guy in Cork has told me that I can get reconditioned callipers from the local auto factor - the come from Holland apparently. I'm off on hols tomorrow so I don't need to sweat it for a few weeks.

thanks for getting backt o me anyway.
