Anyone know if its too late to register to vote for the elections this year?

What's the quickest and easiest way of registering?

    Cheers...

Yes you can register. The official/standard register finishes sometime in November and is published on February 15th iirc. If you're over 18 at least about ten days before the polling day, you can always go on the supplemental (late) list.

Your location says you're in Cork. According to the Cork Corp website, the "RFA2 Application For Inclusion In Supplement To 2006/2007 Register Of Electors" is here while the County Council's website seems to be bollixed, but this is their (unexplained) list of forms.

If you have any problems, call the County Council at 21 4276891 and state you wish to be included on the Register of Electors. Failing that, get in touch with a local councillor or TD.

    Welcome on board :).
