as late as possible, as per usual. right now they're about to gear up for a big launch for manhunt2 on psp, ps2 & wii. r* usually only focus on one title at a time, so expect that to be their priority. i say that because afaik, r* won't actually be at GDC (though microsoft and sony will... and sony's big gun there appears to be killzone2).
