How to remove a progam if I can't find it in Add/Remove Programs?

I am trying to uninstall a program called The All-Seeing Eye but I cannot find it in the Add/Remove Programs menu and in the program folder there is no Uninstall app!? :confused: How can I get rid of it completely (i.e. not just deleting the folder and shortcuts)? Thank you in advance! ;)

Never used that program but found something on another forum that said.
Opening up ASE and clicking File->Uninstall? Does that make any sense?
