heres one scene i remember

the white fella pulls into the car park and gets out,,, he takes his breef case out of the car.....he walks away,,, then notices that someone has stolen his breef case and left him with just a handle. he looks around to see his car has been stolen too.. all in a matter of seconds,,,

very funny film,,, anyone know what it is?
