Ipod & Album Art Problem

    Guys,

    Got a new Ipod for christmas:)

    However, have had nothing but problems with it - its an 80GB Video model.

    Firstly it just "freezes" the iTunes & entire PC when I connect it - I think I have now solved this problem - it seemed to be using too much power from the USB connection - ie when I disconnect some other USB items I can get it connected?

    BUT when I update the iPod I get all the music OK - but the album art work is not correct - it will have the artwork & album mixed up - totally wrong cover for the albums.

    In iTunes the artwork & albums are all perfect & correct.

    At this stage I have updated the Ipod software & have updated the latest iTunes software...

    Can anyone shed any light on what my problem may be?

    There was another thread with this exact same problem regarding the artwork. Try a search on it as I think the other poster's problem was sorted in it.

    Yea, there's another thread floating around somewhere, cant find it.

    When you play the songs on your iPod on your computer does the right artwork come up?
