    What is the best penetration test that we can use ?
    Would Linux LiveCD Auditor Security Collection be considered as tool to do a penetration test ?

    Depends on your needs and available resources. As NutJob mentions, Core Impact is well-known, but serious cash. If you're running on a tight budget, or want to learn more about pen testing before you splash out, something like a combination of Backtrack (successor to Auditor), Nessus, etc would probably suit better.
