Folks, not sure if this is in the right place but......

I am looking at buying a new car. My understanding is that most diesels are easy to convert to bio-fuel (if that becomes available). Is that true? I have a feeling that petrol will get very expensive (as will diesel) so I am hoping to be able to convert down the line.

If you buy a diesel car now, you should in most cases be able to use Biodiesel in it from the word go. There are some considerations and exceptions though.

careful - check what the warranty on the car says about biodiesel!
