Alleged Mva On 31/1/07 On Canal

    A friend of mine was driving on Wednesday 31st Jan, he was stopped at the lights at the Maxol Petrol station at Dolphins Barn/Crumlin on the Canal, A man on a push bike was heading down the canal and turning at the Firestation but fell off his bike. My mate and another biker drove up to him to see if he was alright, the other biker was in the way of the traffic so he headed off. When the man got up he accused my mate of knocking him off his bike and became very aggressive. He has now got a call from Garda to make an official statement because the man has pressed charges.

    So what I'm looking for is that other biker if he reads this or somebody has heard someone talking about this, he was driving a Superfour or something like it bright in colour the date again 31st Jan at about 5:30-5:40 along the Canal at Dolphins Barn, This nice(?) fella could sue my mate for civil damages for stopping to see if he was ok so if ya could help thatd be great

    any chance the CCTV cameras on the station caught it? Or, have a good look around, and see if there's any other CCTV cameras nearby....eg at pub doors?

    This chancer hasn't a hope in hell in proving that ur mate hit him. Make sure ur friend goes to the station and make a statement. In the end it will his word against ur friends. Definitely have a look for cctv cameras in the area and tell the Garda where they are.
