..from Ibis hotel at Jack Lynch tunnel to the Silver Springs hotel?

Would I be likely to get flattened if I did try to walk it?

Would traffic be bumper to bumper in the mornings if I decided to drive that distance?

Distance wise, it's not much more than a mile, so totally walkable - probably faster than driving at some times fo the day!

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of a safe route for pedestrians to get from the hotel to the roundabout at the turn-off for Glanmire. There doesn't seem to be any facility for walking across the Dunkettle interchange.

As said, it isn't really very safe for pedestrians to cross, but it is within walking distance. Another option is the Midleton bus which passes that way in the morning.
