Easiest way to Cashout from Party

I've done a search from the form and while there is cashout threads none are quite what I am looking for.

I want to cashout about $2000 from Party. Of the $2000 I will probably be putting $500 into another poker site(s). Whats the best/easiest/cheapest/hassle free way of cashing out? I originally lodged with a Laser card. I was thinking of lodging €10 with my Credit Card and then withdrawing to that but I am unsure where the exhange rate conversion will take place (Party or Visa) and whether I can do that, lodge a small amount to withdraw a bigger amount (No reply from Customer Service on this question). They charge a small commission (<$5) on cheques but I guess that it would take a few weeks for the cheque to arrive.

I had considered setting up a Neteller account but people seem to be having a problem with the service lately. Though time is not a major issue I could do without the hassle of setting up a Neteller account and then transferring back to my bank though it would be handy to maintain a online bankroll.

I'm not sure what the problems are with setting up new Neteller accounts but its far and away your best option. Once you get past all the red tape of the initial acccount set up It's very much hassle free. Move money from site to site for free and cash out to your current account for a fee of just $1.

Neteller without question. You shouldn't have any problems if you're based in Ireland and can verify your Neteller a/c through an Irish Bank Acccount.
Only problem with Neteller is that they're slower than they used to be, but still probably the best way of getting money out of party, into another site, or into your pocket.
