    SANCHO, the comic book by Alan Nolan and Ian Whelan,
    has been "long-listed" for this year's Eagle Awards!

    The Eagles, the UK's most prestigious comic awards, will take place in May.

    You can vote for SANCHO in the "Favourite European Comic" category -- enough votes and we will get on the shortlist, and be in with a chance to win the Euro category against some pretty stiff competition.

    Voting is open now, and ends 28th February, so please vote early, vote often, and most importantly, VOTE IRISH!!

    I think the nominations are done but you can't vote yet.

    Freakshow was nominated last year but didn't win.

    Good to see another Irish comic in the running.

    Maybe we'll see an Irish winner this year.
