BSOD Problem

    Lately when I shut down my laptop and turn it back on later I get a the BSOD with a message saying system wasnt shut down properly.

    I get an error message

    0xF8906FDC
    and
    oxF8906CD8

    (there is a few others but they are all just 0x0000000).I shut down the system normally.

    I've tried googling it but no such luck

    Its a Dell Inspiron 9300 running XP home.
