Main match for my county is obviously the Antrim match. If they still play with some of the good determination they played with in the O' Byrne Cup, I can't see too much trouble for them today. Hopefully they get off to a good start with a win. AFAIK, a few years ago, Wicklow were pushing for a playoff spot, then lost to Antrim and lost it all, so they might want to avenge that one today.

Good luck to your respective teams in the League!

Well, job done for Wicklow. Very convincing win. 3 goals in 13 minutes, 2 by Tommy Gill, fair play. Roll on Breffni Park next week, hopefully I can make the match, could be difficult though

EDIT: How far away is the pitch from the main bus station in Cavan? The last bus leaves at 20 to 10, I know I should make that, but it'd be handier not having to rush

That was a great game between Dublin and Tyrone in Croker over the weekend. There was a massive 82,000 crowd and it was an exciting and close game with both sides competing well up until the end - this game could have gone either way.

Overall, a fantastic advert for the GAA and Gaelic Football.

Good few upsets in the league over the weekend. Should make for some interesting games in the coming weeks!

I was at the Dublin v Tyrone game. It was far from a classic. Atmosphere was quite poor.
Dublin should've got a penalty early in the second half to finish the game as a contest but same as always, they let the opposition back into it. Mickey Harte always has a plan B that works and how do Dublin counteract it? Take off their 2 midfielders and only put one back on.
Ryan McMenamin and Eoin Mulligan were up to their usual antics and of course McEneaney let them off for as long as he could.

All-Irelands are never won in the first weekend of February but IMO Dublin still haven't learnt from the mistakes of the last few years.

It is a 10-15 minute walk from the ground. You should make it no bother.

You will actually pass Breffni Park on your way to the bus station.
