PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    BB ($71.35)
    UTG ($52.50)
    MP ($49.50)
    CO ($23.50)
    Hero ($35.45)
    SB =#A500AF(villain)/ ($44.45)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 6heart.gif, Kheart.gif.
    3 folds, Hero raises to $2, SB =#A500AF(villain)/ calls $1.75, 1 fold.

    Flop: ($4.50) 2spade.gif, 3heart.gif, 4heart.gif(2 players)
villain checks, Hero bets $3, villain raises to $6, Hero calls $3.

    Turn: ($16.50) Qheart.gif(2 players)
villain bets $4.5, Hero calls $4.50.

    River: ($25.50) 8heart.gif(2 players)
    villain checks, Hero checks.

    Final Pot: $25.50

Preflop. Loose raising range ? but I will get some action with stronger button hands.

    Flop. Standard C/B ?

Villains Flop raise/ turn lead. Should I raise here ?

I have recently plugged a big leak in this "way ahead way Behind" type scenario. Trying to control pot size, is this flawed ?

preflop is ok, flop is fine, shove the turn.

Raise more pf, I'd probably 3bet the flop, reraise the turn, and certainly bet the river.

I don't think pot control is too much of an issue when you've the 2nd nuts.

    to build a pot?

Because you have the second best possible hand and when you have the nuts or close to the nuts, you want to play the biggest pots possible. This is usually accomplished by betting and raising.
