Right I just built a new PC, noe my iPod wont sync with my new iTunes/PC

What do I need to do to get the iPod to 'change' to this iTunes library?

First is it that it tells you that your ipod has been sync'd to another pc, if so go back to that pc and set it to manual sync, this will allow you to manually manage the ipod on any of the pc's . Or is it that it will not sync at all just shows up as an external drive, Are you using itunes 7 or an older version? I have had some trouble with version seven. Here is a stupid question but it happened to me, is you HDD a c drive ,or is it named another letter, as when I installed another drive in my system I was left with out a c drive and the ipod would not sync, until I placed a usb stick in to make it a c drive , the ipod cannot be C:
