Vote for the team you believe is going to win this year's VI Nations Championship.

I would love to say France but I know it won't happen and I really do think Ireland will do it this year (playing both France and England at home in Croke Park and all...).

I have a gut feeling that England may, may just produce something worthwhile this year. Plenty of players out there to prove a point to the coach so I wouldn't write them off as quickly as many people seem to be.

I can see us losing to Italy or something stupid like that.

My heart wants Ireland my head looks at it all on paper and also says Ireland and the bookies say Ireland....but you still just have this nagging doubt and in built lack of confidence that comes with Irish sport though.

No matter how positive and confident the players are Im sure the fans still do not have a level of confidence of an all blacks fan going into any given competition for example.

I would love to be at that expectation level after this tournoi though!

France will win but there will no grand slam winner this year.

Scotland. It'll be like 1984 all over again.

Daveirl...you still sure they should go get their head checked? Not that I think English fans should get carried away by their win over an average Scotland side but England looked about 10 times better than they did last year. I predict an Ireland - England - France - Wales - Scotland - Italy finish with no Grand Slam.

I think once a good team puts pressure on England the doubt will creep back and they'll totally bottle it.

I don't think so. I see them getting even better. That was a great performance today regardless of the quality of the opposition.

Heart ruling the head on this vote, after today we need to win the grand slam to win the championship cause I don't think we'll better either England or France on points difference.

In all honesty though I do think it will come down to points difference, we'll lose to France, France will lose to England and we'll beat England and my feeling is that England rather than France will come out on top.

That's a fairly knee-jerk reaction IMO. England are a lot better than expected, but they beat a Scottish side that were little more than drivel. They gave away two ridiculous tries (one clearly not a try, the other lamonts dip into absolute ridicule), and had they not done so they would have lost by only 8 points - this a team who were CRAAAAAAP!!! England in the first half looked to be in severe danger of losing, until the Scots decided to pretend Ellis wasn't there.
England leaked 2 tries against a vastly inferior team to the one who couldn't put one up against us last year.
I fear jonny's left boot. We have to be careful to keep our discipline, ESPECIALLY in the Scrum. If we do that, we easily have enough to contain them and destroy their defence. I'm more worried about Wales.
