Trouble cancelling dial up account with BT

    Has anyone else had a problem like this?

    Before my broadband days I had the Anytime backage with BT. The problem is, despite my ringing them, writing to them and emailing them, they keep billing me. Is there any way I can get through to these numbskulls that I have cancelled the account?

    They are so incompetent, you usually have to make a complaint before they do anything.

    Says the guy who hasn't received a bill from them since March 2006.
    (Don't worry, the still take the direct debits)
