AUTO/Car Solicitor - No Win No Fee

    Hey Guys,

Looks like i'm pressing ahead with legal action against a north Dublin car dealer. I'm still pretty young and single so i dont have vast amounts of money to spend on solicitors so ideally i'm looking for a "no win no fee" one. If anybody knows of one anywhere in Dublin let me know.

Also, If anyone knows one who can specialise with AUTO/Car issues would be excellent, regardless of price i would use one who is somewhat experienced with garages and dealers.

    Cheers Guys!

I don't think you need a solicitor who specialises in car/auto issues. That's what engineers are for. You need a solicitor who specialises in litigation/dispute resolution. You don't give many facts away, but I'm guessing this is a breach of contract rather than personal injuries action? Very unlikely that you will get a solicitor to act on a 'no foal-no fee' basis as it would probably be too risky from their perspective.

You could however, try contacting one of the Free Legal Advice Centres. There you can speak to a qualified lawyer free of charge and they will give you an idea of the merits of your case and/or advice on any further action you should take. Their website is www.flac.ie
