I was in Tesco last night and they had their own brand ink refill kit (three colours and one black) on offer, buy one get one free. It was either €13.49 or €13.99 for the kit.

not too bad compared to most high street stores offering ink cartridges. However i have started to buy my cartridges online recently and it saves a fortune. inkjet.ie is the place i buy them - they ship them up from monaghan and it costs amazingly lower rices.
for me to get all my cartridges (Black and Colour) in dixons was 60quid. on inkjet it was 20 quid.
massive savings to be had and its the original cartidges. no own brand stuff. check it out.

I've used the tesco ink and it's fine.
However, it used to cost around €7 for a kit, so two for €14 is another dodgy Tesco "special" offer.

I agree the ink was ok at €7.00 a pop.

Bought from them before and the colours were printing out all mixed up rubbish.

I have found inkmaestro.ie pretty good for value and quality. Bought their own brand stuff for a Lexmark printer.

A lot of cartridges have chips nowadays that can tell if you refill, a tip is to plug printer out before you remove the cartridge, fill it, replace it back then power on again.
