i am wondering if anyone could help me, please? My dell dimension 2400 wont boot. when i check the system event log it say that it is a post error and keyboard error. if anyone knows where to start that would be great as not a single human being appears to work at dell customer support. thanks in advance. hope this is the…

Is the keyboard error up on the screen as well then, like when you turn on the machine, or something else?

yeah it says keyboard error then goes blank
