    From U/ITV Website.

Bonkers begins on Thursday 1st February at 10pm on ITV1

Visit the official Benidorm site here!

Benidorm is a new six-part comedy series from Derren Litten featuring a strong ensemble cast of some of the finest comedy talent in the UK. Set in the Solana all-inclusive Resort, Benidorm follows regulars and first-time holiday makers on their journeys abroad. Despite their disparate backgrounds they all have one thing in common - a quest for getting value for money!

Amongst the memorable characters holidaying at the Solana are middle-aged swingers Jacqueline (Janine Duvitski) and Donald (Kenny Ireland), Lancashire's pub quiz champion Geoff Maltby (Johnny Vegas) – otherwise known as ‘The Oracle' - and gay couple Gavin (Hugh Sachs) and Troy (Paul Bazely) who think they're far too classy for Benidorm.

ITV's Director of entertainment and comedy, Paul Jackson says: “Benidorm is the holiday experience we have all had where you spend 14 days avoiding the lairy couple who sat behind you on the coach. Derren has created a fantastic range of characters and the sure quality of his writing has attracted a really exciting cast who will bring to life the joys and the horrors of the all inclusive package holiday.”

Could be worth a watch. Can't remember the last time I watched something on UTV. They haven't produced any decent television in years.

    Duty Free anyone?

ITV + Comedy + Johnny Vegan + Gay Couple = 5th Horseman Of the Televisual Apocalypse.

"ITV" and "Sitcom" go together like "Enda Kenny" and "Taoiseach", tbh.

    This sounds like "Duty Free"......

It was a good laugh. A realistic look at Brits on the Costas.
