Interesting news from across the water, about what people think about all types of shops on customer service and value.

Notably, 4th..... Local electrical retailers. Down near the bottom, Currys.
It was mentioned on the BBC 1 O'Clock News that they will give more impartial advice and better service.

I always buy my electricals from Peter Jones which is part of John Lewis. Excellent customer service and after sales.

I bought my Sony Bravia Widescreen TV, Sky+ Digibox and DAB radio there.

Even their 'online' shopping I have found excellent.

Don't seem to have a 'local' electrical dealer in my area. All forced out of business by the large dealers.

It doesnt surprise me either that Currys et al are at the bottom, but the high placing of the local retailer.

Goes to show that supporting your Independent is the best.
