    A private seller is asking for €5,500. Is the price okay for this car??

    Its alright compared to this. Similar car.Try and get it down to 5k then you got a good deal.

    Depends on where your buying it and the condition of it.

    Get it checked out and offer him 4k for it if it checks out.

    Carzone seems to have over inflated prices tbh, with private sellers setting themselves prices as high as dealerships

    yes you are right, the prices on carzone are higher than usual.So you should always start by offering a lower price and the seller might accept it.
