Does anyone know of a good calender that i can download. I dont like the outlook calender and have downloaded several different calenders and to be honest they are all crap. Can anyone recommend me a good one. Id be willing to pay a few quid for a decent one, if its free all the better.

I installed both of these recently. ..

    I quite like http://www.rainlendar.net/cms/index.php

The other I installed was http://www.mozilla.org/projects/calendar/sunbird/

There is a plugin called "Lightening" I think that integrates into Thunderbird so its more useful like that potentially ...

what features are you looking for exactly from the calendar ?

Google Calendar is excelent .. is free and offeres free SMS text messages for reminders and meeting invites

It's an online service though .. I believe theres a gadget that can be used to dispaly data if a client is what your looking for .. assume it doesn't cache locally tho
