Given the ongoing debate about Motorola and the possibility of the foundation of the celtic tiger slowly loosing its footing, where to for the North West considering the technology never got here in the first place.

Should Ireland loose its competitivness in the IT Sector, what will be the future for the region that never even got a chance in the good times?

Tourism is growing but has Donegal damaged its standing here with planning etc etc and if the nation does need to rely on other forms of employment in ten years time, what will we have to offer?

Eircom Ceo didn't sound convincing on tonights Primetime though at least he admitted their service is terrible and unlikely to ever be willing to cover remote areas in the future!
