So its 2 weeks now since i got the gun, and i must say i'm quite impressed with it. Now as i'm a beginner myself, i'm actually going to class this gun as a beginner gun. So keep that in mind throughout the review.

First impression: The box, the case, the gun, the mag, the silencer, all umtapmered with, all in excellent fully functional condition. As Scope had mentioned to me this gun is big, and woah it is! And supriseing to its size the gun is very light, the only real weight found is not actually the gun itself, and is the magazine.

Made of hard black plastic, this may not impress some people, however as this is my first gun, i was impressed with the detail of the gun regardless of what it was made of.

Firepower: This gun is fireing about 310-330. or so i've been told, and i researched a lot of sites, and all have the gun listed as that. Now it is fireing at a slower pace in our colder weather, so Fire-Support reckon its doing about 310 at the moment. There is no recoil with fireing. The silencer lowers accuracy. But supresses the sound of fire a great deal.

Coke can, Bulmers Can [ left over and i hate cider ;) ].

Shot at from about 10-15 feet, completely destroyed the can. Again this is my first gun, but i was really impressed with the firepower of it. You can shoot as fast as you can pull the trigger.

Also that was using 0.20g BBs.

Design: Amazing replica of the actual .45, the gun can be cocked by pulling the slide back or pulling the pin back.( not sure if thats the right word )

This is a NON Blowback gun meaning the slide doesn't come back when a shot is fried and the slide remains as normal when the clip is empty.

The magazine is easy to gas like any other, its gased at the base of the clip, upright motion when gasing it.

Extras: Reason i refer to this as beginner, is the great package it is presented to you. You get a silencer, LAM unit and a gun case. The LAM unit is really only an extreme at that, what i mean is, you definately wouldn't want to use it for tactical use.

Conclusion: When getting the gun i was nervous i would break or, damage it in any way. But its easy to look after, easy to use. Its simply a nice gun to have. I can't compare it to anything else so its hard for me to judge the gun fully.

However i'd rate it 9/10, a great gun for beginners and any Metal Gear Solid fan * points to self *

IF i left anything out, you would like to know, just post the question and i'll get back to you :)

I'd also recommend Fire-Support as a great and reliable company to buy from, i was in contact with them quite a lot while getting this gun.

you see i always assumed that an non-blowback was like a springer just powered by gas, so do you have to cock it after every shot?

In a non-blowback (NBB), the gas only serves as pushing the bb forward. Also, the slide is in the fixed position. In a blowback (GBB), the gas pushes the slide as well as the bb.

cant speak for this gun, but i've fired a co2 powered non-blowback pistol and you dont need to cock it after every shot, the mag just feeds another bb in automatically, id assume all non-blowbacks are the same

If you had to cock it after every shot, what would be the point of having a propellant such as co2 or gas?

Yeah, exactly then it would just be an overpriced spring hop up gun.

    Its also very, very quiet.
A perfect gun for up close and personal.
I've heard of/seen a good few people ditching their gear and crawling through bushes to shoot someone from real close and because of the silencer its really hard to track.

Also, because the slide doesn't move there's less noise.
