Here is the story,i ordered a marcus miller fender jazz of thomann 3 weeks ago, i waited for a while and when my bass didnt arrive i mailed them to see what ths story was,they told me the bass i ordered would be out of stock until ****in march,so i asked them for the same bass but in a different colour,i got a mial saying my order was being processed so i thought that all was well...until i got a mail saying that that bass would be out of stock until mid poxy march.

So i cancelled the order from thomann and mailed guitarbargains to see if they had one in stock as well but its the same deal with them.

Iv checked all the sites in the sticky but to no avail, does anyone here know of any other online shops?

NOTE:i know someone will say ishibashi but i would rather but a new bass,i may make an acception if there is a really good bass on there though.

Anyone any help, im basically looking for a natural finish fender jazz with a natural neck!!!

Only the u-box on ishibashi is second hand goods, their main site is first hand, a japanese fender jazz could equal an american model for a fraction of the price.
Thomann have an icon beside the basses to show if it's in stock, coming soon or on request. I've found with musicstore.de you have peace of mind from one phonecall to say is this in stock, ok I'll have that one please.

Ishibashi do new bass guitars. Dont mind anything on the website about not exporting fender japan, they do.

i never knew isibashi did first hand gear,what are they like for times with delivery?

are they reliable over all?

very reliable

i ordered a strat on the thursday and it arrived on the monday, took til the following friday to get to me from dublin to galway of course.............

hmmm well if it means that i will actually get a bass then i wont mind that much,thomann were such a let down for me,they were useless in getting back to me about stuff
