Sky have announced what games will be shown during the Cricket World Cup

Looking at the schedule, Ireland V Zimbabwe is on Sky Sports 1 at 1pm on Thursday 15th, Ireland's game on St. Patrick Day v Pakistan is on Sky Sports 2 via the red button, as is the game against the West Indies on Friday 23rd.

I hope we'll be able to record those two games via the red button.

The BBC will have highlights, they've yet to announce timings.

The BBC have released this press release today, thin on details.

BBC to show Cricket World Cup highlights
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/pressoffice/pressreleases/stories/2007/01_january/30/cricket.shtml
    Category: Sport; Five Live
    Date: 30.01.2007
The BBC will show comprehensive highlights of the 2007 ICC Cricket World Cup which starts on 13 March 2007 in the West Indies.

Cricket fans can look forward to quality commentary and analysis, from the only terrestrial broadcaster, with free-to-air coverage of the tournament - across television, radio and online.

BBC One will air an hour's worth of highlights in a nightly television programme, providing viewers with a round-up of the day's matches.

Manish Bhasin will anchor the programme, whilst Rishi Persad will act as roving reporter across the islands.

Expert analysis will come from Jonathan Agnew and Geoffrey Boycott; and commentary from a team to be announced.

The programme will be broadcast from a variety of locations such as beaches, bars, rum shops, steel band performances and dominoes matches, providing viewers with a taste of West Indian culture.

On radio, BBC Five Live Sports Extra and BBC Radio 4 LW will be the home of ball-by-ball, live cricket commentary.

All of England's games will be broadcast with one match a day throughout the tournament.

Jonathan Agnew will host Test Match Special on Five Live Sports Extra and Radio 4 LW, with comment coming from Geoffrey Boycott.

On BBC Radio Five Live there will be constant updates from the West Indies covering all of the action.

bbc.co.uk/sport will provide detailed match reports, as well as audio and video highlights.

England all-rounder Paul Collingwood will review the action in a regular column, blogs will come from Jonathan Agnew and Scotland's Paul Hoffman, plus users will be able to post their own views on the 606 message board.

    Notes to Editors

Transmission details are always subject to schedule changes.
A full line-up of pundits and commentators is still to be announced.

    BBC World Cup coverage

NOTE: for some reason, it only lists 5 Live Sports Extra, but they all the matches on that channel are on Radio 4 LW. I've heard it in the ads on Radio 5 Live, it doesn't plug R4LW at all.

    FULL SCHEDULE

BBC Television will have full and comprehensive highlights from the 2007 Cricket World Cup.

    Manish Bhasin
Manish Bhasin will present the BBC's World Cup highlights

I should also say for the BBC 1 listings, they are the network listings, and not necessarily the BBC 1 Northern Ireland listings. BBC 1 NI is prone to have the odd local programme on at that hour....
