    http://www.komplett.ie/k/kl.asp?bn=10488&sortBy=p&minprice=&maxPrice=

The higher end of your price range has the
    Sapphire Radeon X1950XT 256MB GDDR3, PCI-Express,ViVo/HDCP,2xDVI, Lite-Retail
    at 255€ ...

Looks to be pretty sweet from this review...

    There are some benchmarks ...
http://www23.tomshardware.com/graphics.html that model the x1950xt isn't included there though ..

It's only €5 off your top price (not including €10 for p&p). It would be well worth it.

    Failing that:

7600GT (€135 on Komplett) is great.
    X1950pro
    7800 GT
    7900GS etc

You should really give a more accurate price range. IMO, €130 is too large a difference to be asking opinions, simply because there are a lot of cards that will fall in between your maximum and minimum prices.

Id go for the x1950pro the version with 512mb of ddr3. ITs faster then a 7900gt And most versions can overclock hugely. My core it up at 690mhz up from 575mhz. And the ram is at 1600mhz up from 1400mhz.

The 7600gt is a great mid-range card. Should compare nicely to your old 6800gt!
