Hi I bought one of these in Maplins, works on CDs, DVDs, PC/Console games etc. etc. - It was cheap(ish) considering that its always ready in the cupboard should I need it.........And has bailed me outta a few emergencies.

Also it is fully electric - most of them require you to wind it yourself ??? For three times the price of this baby.

Link is UK - do a bit more searching or ring your local Maplins etc. etc. ;)
