hi,

i've got the 1mb breeze connection pointing to baldoyle. it's always been fine, perfect 100KB up and down. for the last few weeks, however (coincidentally since i recieved a "you're going to be upgraded to 2mb" email), the quality of the connection has degraged.

my ping times to the local mast range from 5-50ms, not too bad, and no dropped packets. however the download rate has been consistently at 40KB. upload has not been affected.

i'm just wondering is anyone else having a problem with baldoyle?
