    Hi,

If i put a second network card into my workstation, would this enhace the network performance of the workstation?

Would this also help a wireless setup if adding a second wireless card to the workstation?

How do you get XP to load balance across the nic's like that?
    thanks
    DB

XP doesn't support any type of load balancing by its self AFAIK. So your only option is to get two NICs that support teaming. On that note are you talking about a home network or your work Lan? It's very unlikely your switch/ router will support teaming if your using a home network.

Maybe you'd be better off getting a gigabit network card and switch ?

As bushy said, gigabit ethernet's a better way to go.
