    Hi All

I got slated for this play by "seat 4" and I'm curious how its viewed by some of you guys.

With Seat 3 check calling the flop, I'm certain he's on a smaller draw and is therefore likely to check call the turn. On this basis, I feel my implied odds are good and I'm getting paid if I hit.

I know some of you don't like results in the post, but in the context of the question I think its best to post the full hh.

What exactly was seat 4's problem?

I think you played every street perfect Tim.
With Seat 3 check calling the flop, I'm certain he's on a smaller draw and is therefore likely to check call the turn. On this basis, I feel my implied odds are good and I'm getting paid if I hit.

Being in the middle of a three way pot with this read, flat calling the turn, I feel is the best play, but to build the pot if you do hit. I'm not sure your implied odds are always there. His river lead was terrible considering how the hand played out.

Basically ranted on about pot odds and telling both of us how badly we played the hand e.t.c. e.t.c.

Agreed. Obviously if he's on a smaller FD (which he was) I have 2 less outs. I'm peed off with myself for overlooking this at the time. I still reckon they were both deep enough to make it profitable but I'm not sure that this is the case in the long run. Maybe I just got lucky but I'm only ever making this play with the Ace Flush.

Im almost never thinking this. Its rare another player is on the same flush draw. His check call here is often lack of confidence in his top pair. Kicker problems like!.
    Nice pot.

Turn call is pretty bad. You should fold there.
