Waterford-related sites of interest - Extend?

    Would it be possible to extend this sticky to cover sites of interest to SE viewers? I would certainly have a number of Carlow related links and Im sure there are plenty from other SE counties.

    Definitely should do this. Waterford already has it's forum, as does KK.
